Classic White 2006

A light style of summery wine made from Chenin Blanc and a touch of Semillon is an excellent lunch time wine. Packed full of tropical fruits with a lingering palate and a crisp refreshing finish. Enjoy a glass chilled on a hot day as well an excellent accompaniment to salads and light meals.

Rosé 2006

A vibrant pink Rosé made from Shiraz grapes with a touch of Cabernet to add some extra zing! A dryer style of this popular summer wine with lots of lively raspberry and strawberry characters, along with a touch of toffee apple.

Goes well with salmon dishes, chilli mussels or any hot spicy foods!

Classic Red 2005

A smooth blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes giving an excellent early drinking red for all occasions. The ripe berry flavours mixed in with some blackcurrant and herbs give this wine a sensational appeal for enjoying with most dishes or drinking on it's own. Subtle blending and careful use of oak result in a smooth, fruit driven wine with hints of oak and pepper. Why would you choose Merlot when a Cab-Shiraz blend can be this good?

Semillon 2005

A light style of Semillon with fresh melon and lemony citrus palate. A hint of the finest French oak brings out the fullness of the palate whilst keeping a bright, youthful zing. A superb accompaniment to seafood, especially cray fish! Drinking well now and will also cellar for up to 4 years.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

A light smooth Cabernet with plenty of berries and  blackcurrants with a dusting of vanillin oak flavours. This medium bodied red has been carefully matured in predominantly French oak to give the perfect fruit balance that can be enjoyed through out its cellaring. One to be enjoyed now but will keep getting better if left to cellar for up to 8 years.

Shiraz 2004

A fragrant mix of red and black fruits with lifted pepper and hints of oak. A rich and mellow Shiraz with firm black cherry flavours has been matured in new and seasoned French and American oak to give a robust flagship red. This Shiraz is great drinking now and can be enjoyed for up to 5 years if cellared.
